Cancellation Policy

By booking online, you acknowledge and accept the following terms: 1. Booking & Deposits 1. A pre-deposit of 33.3% of the session cost is required to reserve your session time. 2. Deposits are applied toward the total session cost. 3. Sessions are not confirmed until the deposit is received. 4. Studio Wayside LLC reserves the right to decline bookings at its discretion. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling 1. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the session to avoid forfeiting the deposit. 2. Sessions may be rescheduled once without penalty with at least 48 hours’ notice. 3. Late cancellations or no-shows result in forfeiture of deposit and cancellation fees. 3. Studio Conduct & Rules 1. No illegal substances on premises. 2. Respect studio equipment — any damage caused will be billed to the client. 3. Studio is not liable for lost or stolen personal items. 4. Studio staff may pause or terminate sessions if conduct is unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful. 5. Only booked artists and approved guests may enter; extra guests may incur a guest fee. 4. Session Completion & Timing 1. Session time begins at the scheduled start time; late arrivals do not extend the session. 2. Sessions include recording and basic session management; mixing and mastering are separate services. 3. Additional time beyond the booked session will be billed at the standard hourly rate. 5. Audio Files & Intellectual Property 1. All recordings created during the session belong to the client unless otherwise agreed in writing. 2. Studio Wayside LLC may use session photos/videos for promotional purposes unless restricted in writing. 3. Clients must ensure content does not violate copyright laws. 6. Payment 1. Remaining balance is due at the end of the session. 2. Payment methods accepted: cash, card, or approved online transfer. 3. Returned checks or failed payments may incur a processing fee. 7. Liability & Disclaimer 1. Studio Wayside LLC is not liable for technical issues, power outages, or unforeseen events affecting session time or quality. 2. While we provide professional services, no guarantees are made regarding commercial success, mix quality, or distribution outcomes. 8. Privacy & Safety 1. The studio is a safe and professional environment; harassment or inappropriate behavior is prohibited. 2. Security cameras may be in use
